Hi Again Charlotte, my Students are working on some pointillist mural designs inspired by Shoushan. I have used ‘The Bathers at St. Arles’ by Albert Dubois Pillet as an inspiring image to spark my students creative juices. ‘The project theme is ‘Fruits of the Spirit’ from in the Bible. Some themed bathrooms will be sent to you soon with students work pasted into the backdrop behind your bathroom furniture and fixtures. I can’t wait for my students to complete this project in three more weeks. I shall post you this weeks progress next Monday. Some artwork of my own might be included.

Hi Sharon, glad you like the post. We’re hoping to have more articles posted on here in future about colour theory as we think it’s pretty it’s useful when you’re thinking about interior design ideas. We hope your students can get something useful from it too!

This is a very useful resource I am currently teaching colour theory to 11-12 year olds and was looking for something interesting as colour has to be taught again and again in different format until the penny drops. Would you like to hear from my students?
