BathEmpire to Deliver Success With New Van

Online bathroom retailer BathEmpire.com has hit the road with the first of its new fleet of company vehicles to make deliveries to customers throughout the Midlands.

The fast-growing company has launched its own regional delivery service as part of the on-going expansion of its nationwide operations from its base on the Groveland Industrial Estate in Longford Road, Coventry.

BathEmpire.com, which is part of the multi-channel online bathroom specialist Luxury For Less Ltd, is planning to have six of the eye-catching blue vans by the end of 2013.

Chris Li, CEO of BathEmpire.com and recently named Business Achiever of the Year at the Nectar Business Small Business Awards, said: “We’re excited to be launching our own fleet of BathEmpire.com delivery vehicles.

“It marks another exciting stage in the development of the company and will enable us to enhance our free and next day delivery service further by making it more personalised.

“Our first vehicle will be used to make deliveries to customers throughout the Midlands and we are hoping to have at least six vans by the end of 2013.

“With an eye-catching design, we’re looking forward to the delivery vans becoming a familiar sight on the roads as the fleet expands.”

Since being launched in 2009, BathEmpire.com has become a leading specialist online retailer of bathroom products in the UK, supplying high-quality equipment, furniture and accessories at an affordable price.

It is the fastest growing online bathroom retailer, according to Google and Hitwise, with year-on-year sales growth of over 200 per cent in terms of click share.

BathEmpire.com was named Online Retail Independent Site of the Year at the 2012 Online Retail Awards.

Luxury For Less was recently crowned Small Business of the Year at the Nectar Business Small Business Awards, having already won the Small Business and Start-Up category at the Coventry Telegraph Business Awards 2012.
