BathEmpire Continues to Develop Customer Care Services

Leading online bathroom specialist BathEmpire.com is plugging a hole for customers by extending the hours of its free telephone advice line.
The retailer of bathroom equipment, furniture and accessories is now able to respond to phone calls and emails from customers during weekday evenings and weekends.
The new opening hours is among a number of initiatives to further enhance BathEmpire's customer service and support its rapid growth.
The company's customer experience is already at the highest five-star rating on review website Trustpilot.
Chris Li, managing director of BathEmpire.com, said: "We pride ourselves on our customer service and are always looking at ways to improve so we continue to receive rave reviews.
"We are acutely aware as an online retailer that our service has to be extraordinary as we have no face-to-face contact with our customers.
"As part of our constant monitoring of the BathEmpire.com website, we recognised that many customers were online during weekday evenings and at weekends so we decided to open later on weekdays and at weekends."
An advice centre has also been launched on the BathEmpire.com website to provide customers with instant and regularly updated answers to common questions on products, delivery, payment, returns and technical support.
Technological advancements have also been implemented to make it quicker and easier for customers to access and navigate the website through improved page load times.
BathEmpire's warehouse facility has also become an around-the-clock operation to ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders.
