Anonymous January 11Excellent service, arrived well packaged and very quickly. I assumed that the valves would be completely chrome, one part isn\'t although it is silver coloured but still looks ok as it is the lower part of the thermostatic valve, it work very well which is the main thing

keith February 11I didnt like these. Arrived quickly with other products ordered, but as anonymous reviewer mentioned, they are not a matching pair. one is all chrome but the thermostat one is not. also as phil mentioned, another part is required to fit the thermostat one to 12 mm pipe. however bath empire gave me a full refund with no argument, service was good (i just had to pay the 3.50 return postage, not too bad) I bought the matching chrome premium straight valves which i am happy with. would use company again.
