1st class service and products
I would strongly recommend BathEmpire, I kept changing my mind and took a couple of months to decide what bathroom items I was buying, at no time did I feel any pressure from the salesmen, I initially spoke to Ian at the Gorgie Branch and it was his help that made me feel I was dealing with a company that cared, I eventually dealt with Chris at the Edinburgh Bathroom in Edinburgh only because that had more of the items I was interested in. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the sale, The items were delivered on time and I felt that the overall cost and service was the best that I could wish for, thanks to Chris and Ian I now have a bathroom that I have dreamed of for a long time, thank you guys I really appreciate your help. The only criticism I could point out is that I was a disappointed with the company that was recommended to fit the bathroom, I would suggest finding your own so that it doesn't reflect on Edinburgh Bathroom. It was given in good faith however the guy didn't live up to his recommendation which was a shame, but I don't really hold Edinburgh Bathroom responsible.
