How does your Standard Delivery service work?
- Delivery is within 2-8 working days from the moment you submit your order
- Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding public bank holidays).
- If your order is above £399 delivery is free. For orders under £399 please see below for delivery charge:

If you spend under £399 you only pay one delivery charge per order. If your order contains more than one item you pay the delivery charge for the largest item. *Please note delivery charges to postcodes outside UK mainland may incur additional charges; refer to 'Areas We Deliver To ' for reference.
- We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
- For Large Order/Pallet Deliveries your local pallet network will phone you to confirm a suitable delivery time. Please ensure you give the correct phone number at checkout.
- Large Order/Pallet Deliveries will be to your kerbside. Due to insurance guidelines we are unable to enter private residences.
- All large items weigh more than 25kg and will require more than one person to handle them.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.
