How Do I Cancel My Order?

The first step...

Should you wish to cancel an order, all we ask is that you contact our customer service team, telling us:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason you would like to cancel the item

Please make sure you do this within 7 days of receiving your order, otherwise we may not be able to offer you a full refund.

What happens then?

A member of our customer service team will, in the even that the order has not been sent, cancel it and refund your payment.

If the delivery has been dispatched already then cancellation will not be possible.

You should refuse delivery of the item, and the courier will return it back to us; the charge of the return will be absorbed by BathEmpire.

If you have already received the item, please follow our instructions detailing how to return an item.
