Can I collect my order?

BathEmpire wants to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. So why not collect your item direct from BathEmpire in Nuneaton.

When will my order be ready for collection?

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your order will be ready for collection after 3 hours, orders after 2pm will be ready for collection after 9am the next working day.

We will confirm when your order will be available during checkout and again in your confirmation emails

Is click and collect available on all items?

Click and collect is available on all in stock items.

What do I do once I have submitted my order?

Once your order is complete we will send you an email confirming when your order will be ready for collection.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Please bring a printout of your order receipt or order confirmation email along with photo ID (passport or photo driving license).
