David Carter I recently purchased the 1200x600mm Natasha Premium Chrome Thermostatic Electric Towel Radiator. Ordering online was a very simple and easy process. Delivery was swift and packaging and contents were in perfect condition. Preparation for wall mounting was easy with the instructions provided, and is well within the scope of the average home upgrader. I feel that the instructions would be helpful if it gave a hint of the quantity of water required when filling. However I managed to work out the required amount easily enough. I would of liked the thermostatic element to have had a light to indicate the heater is powered up. These are minor wants or needs and do not detract anything from this excellent towel radiator. Very pleased overall.

Tony Ford Having seen BathEmpire at the Ideal Home Exhibition, I was truly amazed at the selection and quality of the items on display. The representatives went out of their way to ensure I understood their business, the prices were not promotional gimmicks and true to their word, prices remained in place. Lynn Davison Because the confirmation page failed to load after I'd placed my order for a towel radiator, I placed the order again and found, to my horror, that the order had been placed twice as I received two confirmation emails with different order numbers and consequently had been charged twice. A quick email to explain the situation got a very prompt response from the sales team and Caroline arranged for one of the orders to be cancelled and the money was quickly put back into my bank account. I was very pleased with the customer service and would certainly go back to BathEmpire.

Cassandra Gale Great service. Fast delivery. Would use again. I found the website easy to navigate and the delivery went smoothly and was within a few days. My only critiscism is that I didn't receive an Invoice by email like other companies we use do and I had problems logging in to the account I had to set up when ordering. I had to send an email as the phone just rang and rang, however they did send me one vey quickly. The invoice however was only on 50% of the page and not what I would prefer. We run a small but very busy installation business and it's so important to have all the paperwork for our accounts. I would use them again.

Andrew Wright The product, price and customer support from BathEmpire itself is good - shame about the third party delivery company. Great product and price. The only issue came when communicating (lack of) with the third party delivery company. It was in the warehouse for 3 days before any got in touch regarding delivery. Then on the day of delivery we had to contact them - 4 hours after original planned time for delivery - at which point they admitted they had forgot and sent a driver out immediately. I had to take extra time off work. I will be using BathEmpire again as long as they can guarantee I receive a product on time.

Julian Watson Even sorted a problem that was not their fault very efficiently and with no quibble. I am very pleased with the price and helpfulness of staff in understanding their product range. They had the same products as other suppliers and some of them were MUCH less expensive. There was a manufacturing fault with one item which they replaced the next day! Every company gets a problem from time to time, but it is how they deal with it that matters. Jackie Excellent product, good price, prompt delivery! Dubious buying from the internet, normally prefer to buy from a shop and have some come back if any problems, but website looked safe enough. Ordered 2 vertical radiators, high BTU which was very important but nice contemporary style to suit our new kitchen/diner and good price. I paid bit extra for next day delivery and radiators turned up nice and early in the morning. Ian Thornley I bought the item based on the description and reviews from the site, I was not dissapointed. I was left with a dilema after buying a similar chrome radiator from a tv advertising, next day delivery, catalogue shop !!. It sat there for some months until it was needed and to my horror, once unpacked I noticed the chrome was marked and showed signs of deterioration. Having spent a fortune on the 'Rolls Royce' bathroom re-fit, the last thing I wanted was a 'Morriis Minor' radiator on display. Hence the purchase of a quality item with an extensive warranty, I can't wait to get the item plumbed & working.

Anthony Morgan I purchased an electric towel rail from BathEmpire to go in my airing cupboard for summer use. I ordered it before 2pm and paid a little extra for next day delivery. UPS turned up at 9am the next morning, couldn�t fault the service.�The installation went OK, but one of the screws supplied sheared off when fixing the brackets into the battening (even after drilling pilot holes). Luckily I had a similar size screw to hand, so it wasn�t too much of a problem. Installing the heater element was easy enough, but connecting the thermostatic controller (for a push on connector) was a pain. The heating element is 100W, I�m not sure this is enough; but time will tell, when I really get to use it in the summer. Once installed the towel rail looks great, shame its hidden away from view.

Nest Luck Having stumbled across the website in reviewing bathroom refurbishment needs we were impressed with the product information provided and the keen prices. Following initial frustration at failing to place an online order, a call to the customer services team sorted everything out (their server was down) and the order placed. Next steps followed exactly as advsied with a call from the courier and delivery date agreed. The goods arrived in good order. Whilst the radiator and toilet have not yet been ftted we are, so far, very happy customers.

Nigel Shindler As our existing (plumbed in) bathroom radiator was always covered with towels and hardly heating the room as a result, I decided to order a chrome ladder type for the towels from BathEmpire together with a 300w thermostatic electric element. It arrived promptly, a nicely finished article, well packed with all the necessary parts and clear instructions - even with a blanking plug for the unused valve socket in the base - and I was able to install it and have it running in no time. The room is now noticeably warmer, and all I've got to do now is to persuade everyone to put their towels back in the right place after a shower! Full marks to BathEmpire for a clear website, excellent quality products and service.

Anita Pinto .....I tried to add a minimal order via telephone to my (�170) order of the day before (placed at 5.29pm) to avoid extra P&P but that was refused. Even though I ordered and paid for items worth ca. �400 in total over a few weeks, I was told I had to pay p&p of some �3+ for some additional chrome plated pipe covers (RA03) costing �6.99 as they could not add it to the order! I was told I had to pay the p&p as the covers had to be sent as a sep order. They would not accommodate dropping the p&p. I told Bathempire over the phone that I was not impressed and went on to order the rest of my bathroom costing over �500 from another company because of that.

Kenneth Downham When our bathroom towel heater/radiator sprang a leak we were just entering a cold period of weather, and being no longer young we were keen to get a new one installed. No plumbers available for some time. So I searched the internet and came up with Bath Empire. They were not only very competitively priced, but delivered in three days and the radiator was all they claimed. What is more the size matched our old one. One out, one in ( myself) and we now have a heated bathroom. Bath Empire also gave a full description on their web of how the radiator is made in terms of quality and materials. Well done BE!
