Peter  - I ordered a bath from the BathEmpire by telephone as I needed a bit of technical advice. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and the ordering was quick and easy. I was told that I would be contacted about delivery in a few days and this happened exactly as stated. The delivery itself was prompt and therin lies my only reservation about the service. A minor point, however, the delivery did not cover any help getting the goods into the house and I must admit that it was a struggle to get everything into the house by myself. I must say that the BathEmpire's part was a 5 star rating, however, the roadside delivery does let the service down a little.
