Bathroom Vanity Basin, Sink, Towel Radiator
The initial website was easy to navigate round and contained an immense volume of high end items; Although pricing was commensurate with the quality of the items. The order was processed with ease and a date of delivery confirmed. The pallet arrived on the specified date and the driver brought right up to the front door. It is unrealistic to expect an delivery driver to wait whilst goods are checked for damage (They are all on digi tachometers - time for them is money). I can happily say the items from BathEmpire were well worth the money spent; I would not risk Ebay,even if the goods look similar, with a Brand like BathEmpire satisfaction is guaranteed. Out of all 5 items,1(the vanity basin cabinet had a small chip out of it); However as the sink was covering this I did not report it, (Pointless). Overall I have rated them 5* based on the overall experience which was nothing short of superlative. The only thought I had was:, If you are a returning customer they could honour loyalty? By offering 1 free delivery, as the spend limit in order to receive free delivery is excessive in my opinion.
