Alison Evans April 12I ordered a toilet, cistern, sink and all the associated fittings. Bath Empire called me the next day to advise of delivery the following day. The items were delivered within the time they had quoted and the delivery driver brought them into the house. On checking the order I realised one of the items was wrong. I called their customer service department who despatched the correct item the next day. I cannot fault their customer service in any way. They were polite, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this Company to everyone.

Will look fantastic when fitted but arrived with 2 marks on the rim, however these will not be visible when the seat is down. Item excellent quality and very heavy and arrived on time.
