Will it work in my bathroom?

For the Eclipse tap to operate, your water system will need to produce at least 0.5 Bar of pressure, though we recommend 1 bar for best performance.

This can be achieved if you have one of the following:

Combination boiler systems
Gravity fed systems (only with a pump)
Megaflow system
Pumped hot water systems
Un-vented hot water systems
Standard pressurised hot water cylinder type systems

MS May 12Placed order for few items - cloakroom sink, basin tap, shower mixer etc. Received order in 4 different boxes - all of them well packaged with bubble paper except for one item - the cloakroom sink (which was broken). However, as soon as I contacted Customer Services with the picture, I was reassured that a replacement will be sent. Received replacement intact and quickly. Would reccommend website to friends and will palce future orders.

GAVIN MCLAUGHLIN May 12Very quick despatch and product exactly what I was after. Only downside was that they chose to use Parcelforce - possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. They not only couldn't find the house (despite it being well signposted and every other courier finding it easily) but didn't even bother to contact me so missed a key installation deadline. Not BathEmpire's direct fault, however they should consider better couriers.
