Don West June 12The parcel arrived within a few working days of the order and had everything needed to fit to a standard water supply. Fitting was relatively straightforward, if a little fiddly. But once i had connected everthing up, no water came out! I rang the advice line and was told that I should have flushed the unit before fitting, and was advised to check for debris. A basic instruction sheet would have been beneficial, and would probably have avioded this delay. I did this, and found and fixed the blockage. the product itself looks great
