Bath 10 Year Warranty
We want your new bath to be something you will enjoy for decades.
To allow us to offer a 10 year warranty, all BathEmpire baths are produced to the highest standard.
Durable Designs
For the first stage of production, a complete sheet of Acrylic, 4 to 6mm thick is heated and placed over a mould, forming an even, durable shape.
Extra Strengthening
Once cooled, the Arclyic is strengthened with not 2, nor 4, but 6 layers of fibreglass and resin.
We insist on using 100% resin during this process. Resin is an expensive material, which unfortunately leads many manufacturers to dilute it with glue. The glue achieves a similar result, but reacts terribly with a lengthy exposure to warm water, weakening the bond and causing potential damage to your bath.
We are proud to say that no glue is used in the manufacturing of our baths.
The bath is now fully re-enforced and exceptionally strong.
