Shower 10 Year Warranty
When fitting your brand new shower, you need to be confident that the quality is second to none.
The factories that produce BathEmpire showers do a number of things during the manufacturing process, to ensures you receive an exceptionally high quality product.
Brass
All BathEmpire shower components are made from solid brass.
Solid brass has an exceptional resistance to rust. But we go one step further by demanding a more expensive Grade A brass, which is made from between 59-62% copper.

Gravity Die Casting
To create the strongest, most durable components, our manufacturers use Gravity Die Casting.
This process involves compressing the liquid brass into the mould.
What this means to you and I, is that the components are denser, heavier and stronger. And ultimately will last longer.
Where ever possible, BathEmprie shower components are molded from a single casting. This includes our advanced shower mixer.
CNC machined
The threads on all of our shower components are CNC machined.
The CNC is a highly precise cutting machine. By using this machine, all components fit together perfectly, eliminating a potential cause of leaks.
Water and Pressure Testing
After the components have been assembled, every shower is pressure tested twice.
The first test is done by air pressure. This allow us to spot any imperfections and reject the offending items.
The second test is done straight after chrome plating and is the last time the shower will see light before it arrives at your door. This test checks how well your shower performs when connected to water pressure.
If it passes the test it is allowed to leave the factory, any items that fail are rejected.
These final tests are a vital part in the BathEmpire manufacturing process, as they allow us to confidently offer you a 10 year warranty and ensure you will receive many years of enjoyment from your shower.
