Mrs Ann Purvis May 12Most of my order arrived quickly, in good shape and was of an excellent quality. However the shower plinth and legs arrived in a squashed box minus 1 leg and the plinth was broken. Having sent a picture to Bath Empire they promised to replace the plinth but it took 6 weeks as it was out of stock. Last week it finally arrived in another squashed box and it was also cracked in exactly the same place! However as this was fairly minor the fitter managed to hide it and we now have 4 spare legs! Everything else is great and working well!

the service from bath empire was excellent as was the product,the delivery let it down had to make several phone calls to parcel force ,on the friday of delivery , then was told it would not be delivered until monday so i had to collect it from their depot.so to sum up you are doing a great job good product right price but let down by others.if i scored you alone 5 star but add in delivery
