Perfect job done by Bath Empire. Everything turned up on time and in full. Very happy with products themselves and 5% Discount code found on Google sweetened the deal. My one gripe is that the couriers dumped everything on a pallet on my kerb and said their job was done. "Roadside Delivery, not Insured." Luckily one asked to use my toilet so got the help I needed through 'Bladder Blackmail'. They also do not take pallets away leaving you to dispose of them.

I was a little nervous about ordering such a major item on-line but I need not have worried! The shower-bath was exactaly as described and photographed and included a shower screen which was great value for money. The accurate specifications made measuring up easy. It arrived well packaged and protected within 3 working days of my order, the delivery man contacting me by phone to confirm time and check location details for the delivery. I cant comment on their handling of any issues because nothing adverse that occurred, It all went so smoothly! I wont hesitate to use Bath-empire again, or recommend them to a friend.
