This is a humidity sensor, and it regulates the temperature to keep the main mirror free of steam and condensation. The LED mirror lights, which require only a fraction of the energy consumed by traditional bulbs, embellish the rim of the mirror. And as every single mirror features a motion sensor, you can turn the lights on and off at the wave of a hand.
