How Do I Return My Goods?

The first step...

We understand that mistakes happen, and that occasionally you may want to return an item.

All we ask is that you contact our customer service team, telling us:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason you would like to return the item
    (e.g. faulty, wrong product ordered etc.)

Please make sure you do this within 7 days of receiving your order, otherwise we may not be able to offer you a full refund.

What happens then?

We will then send you a completed returns form, which you will need to sign, along with clear instructions on how to return your item.

It's our promise to you, that you have 7 days after receiving your goods to decide if you wish to keep them.

Please note though, that we can only offer a full refund on items that have not been used.

What if my item is faulty?
