Peter Needham May 12Very good. The only comment would be absence of documentation showing who made the product and where it was made. Also no written confirmation of guarantee or conditions attaching to guarantee. But overall very pleased. Still have not installed it!

Ron Dennison June 12The parts I ordered came promptly. You sent an "E" mail to say they were on their way. Before they were delivered I needed to cancel a small part of the order. I phoned and it was dealt with. The parts I received were of very good quality. I was recomended by a friend who said the quality was good. It is. Thank you. I will be back when I need some more stuff for the bathroom
