The parts I ordered came promptly. You sent an "E" mail to say they were on their way. Before they were delivered I needed to cancel a small part of the order. I phoned and it was dealt with. The parts I received were of very good quality. I was recomended by a friend who said the quality was good. It is. Thank you. I will be back when I need some more stuff for the bathroom
