the service from bath empire was excellent as was the product,the delivery let it down had to make several phone calls to parcel force ,on the friday of delivery , then was told it would not be delivered until monday so i had to collect it from their depot.so to sum up you are doing a great job good product right price but let down by others.if i scored you alone 5 star but add in delivery

The shower enclosure I bought was excellent, good quality and really worth what I paid. There was slight damage to part of the enclosure when the item arrived, but there was no problem in arranging a replacement part.
