Ordering was easy, I knew when to expect delivery and the goods arrived on time. The items are exactly what was pictured and described and although they have not been installed yet, I anticipate no problems. Outer packaging on the radiator had been damaged in transit, but as it was well wrapped in bubble wrap the radiator was undamaged. Would use Bath Empire again.
