Peter Middleton The service, value for money and the quality of the bathroom package were excellent. It arrived on the pre-arranged date and was very well packed. The issue was that the shower tray I ordered is handed. Emailed the company, as was unsure whether I needed the left or right opening. Was informed to check the detailed drawing on their web site. Checked and ordered the one against the drawing. When the items arrived it was the wrong handed shower tray. Phoned customer services and the lady agreed that the drawing on their web site was wrong. She informed me that a replacement would be sent in a couple of days. As a gesture of goodwill they would upgrade the tray, as it was their fault. The tray arrived 2 days later, but it had not been upgraded. (Disappointed as service was excellent up to that point) I would order from them again and recommend them to friends. But go though the dimensions thoroughly and phone/email to double check.

Anonymous The quality and appearance of this shower tray is very good. The shower tray has been installed without the legs and the skirt and is set on a mortar mix and the outer rim is set level in all directions. Unfortunately some areas of the inner tray well away from the outlet are exactly level or even have a slightly negative slope away from the drain. Consequently there are a few areas of the tray which do not drain well and even leave a small pool of water. If this had been realised during installation then a slightly raised outer front edge would have helped. Its too late now !

Very good overall
We ordered a back to wall toilet with concealed cistern, 900 x 1200 shower tray with waste and a premium range shower enclosure to go with it. All delivered on time, at the time specified by the courier. Everything looks and feels good quality. Two minor negatives though, on fitting the toilet to the pan connector the outlet from the toilet was not perfectly round and didn't seal to the connector. Had to seal it with silicone, not ideal ! Secondly the instructions for the shower screen assembly were very sparse, the illustrations not offering much help. A good degree of common sense and DIY knowledge is needed. Having said that, now bathroom is finished everything looks and feels a million dollars, the shower screen in particular. For the price its unbeatable !
