Mrs Ann Purvis - Most of my order arrived quickly, in good shape and was of an excellent quality. However the shower plinth and legs arrived in a squashed box minus 1 leg and the plinth was broken. Having sent a picture to Bath Empire they promised to replace the plinth but it took 6 weeks as it was out of stock. Last week it finally arrived in another squashed box and it was also cracked in exactly the same place! However as this was fairly minor the fitter managed to hide it and we now have 4 spare legs! Everything else is great and working well!
