Jonathan - Excellent, high quality product for the money, I spent a VERY long time looking at alternatives before purchasing this and can report that the quality is excellent having received and installed the bath. Just a couple of problems with the order, which were resolved. I paid for next day delivery, waited in until mid-day and called up to get an update, apparently there was a mix up and it would come the following day. To be fair these things happen and they were very apologetic and refunded me the delivery cost and the bath turned up promptly the following day. The delivery guy was excellent and suggested I inspect the bath fully before he left. The other issue was the bath was advertised with tap holes, and they are NOT pre-drilled. I called to confirm and was offered a refund but decided to drill them myself. As it turns out they are very easy to drill using a hole saw (I practiced on my old bath 1st) In summary I\'m very pleased with the product, it would be a waste to spend more on an alternative from another supplier. I had a couple of small issues but I found Bath Empire helpful and friendly in addressing these and I\'d certainly use them again (Worth 5 stars based on the product alone). Hope this is helpful.
