Anita Pinto June 12.....I tried to add a minimal order via telephone to my (£170) order of the day before (placed at 5.29pm) to avoid extra P&P but that was refused. Even though I ordered and paid for items worth ca. £400 in total over a few weeks, I was told I had to pay p&p of some £3+ for some additional chrome plated pipe covers (RA03) costing £6.99 as they could not add it to the order! I was told I had to pay the p&p as the covers had to be sent as a sep order. They would not accommodate dropping the p&p. I told Bathempire over the phone that I was not impressed and went on to order the rest of my bathroom costing over £500 from another company because of that.
