Suzannah Varma - The order was easy, and website simple to navigate. A comparison tool would have been useful. It would have been good if there had been an option to choose a delivery date online when placing the order though. Then an error was made with the delivery, but it was resolved quickly. The delivery driver didn't help move the goods into the house though.
