Glyn Jones July 12Ordering was easy, I knew when to expect delivery and the goods arrived on time. The items are exactly what was pictured and described and although they have not been installed yet, I anticipate no problems. Outer packaging on the radiator had been damaged in transit, but as it was well wrapped in bubble wrap the radiator was undamaged. Would use Bath Empire again.

David Warren October 12Finding the items I wanted was straight forward and ordering easy. Delivery was fairly quick and e-mail notification advised the actual day of delivery. Would be better if it gave a time slot or a.m. / p.m. A bleed valve specified on the contents list of the radiator I bought was missing but a phone call was answered promptly by a cheerful lady who advised one would be sent first class post.
