This can be achieved if you have one of the following:

Combination boiler systems
Gravity fed systems (only with a pump)
Megaflow system
Pumped hot water systems
Un-vented hot water systems
Standard pressurised hot water cylinder type systems

Placed order for few items - cloakroom sink, basin tap, shower mixer etc. Received order in 4 different boxes - all of them well packaged with bubble paper except for one item - the cloakroom sink (which was broken). However, as soon as I contacted Customer Services with the picture, I was reassured that a replacement will be sent. Received replacement intact and quickly. Would reccommend website to friends and will palce future orders.
