As a Quality Manager I was very impressed with the product quality, I was expecting some of the components to be chrome plated plastic but everything was brass and chrome. My son,a plumber, fitted it and he was also impressed so not only a good quality product but one that also looks fantastic. Would be happy to recommend product and company.

Blown Away by BathEmpire Brilliance. Seriously I don't usually bother with these review pages, but you were truly outstanding........I had a little difficulty getting my delivery address identified on the online ordering page so I had to ring your customer helpline to get all my details taken taken down and my order sorted, this was done without any hassle at 12.30hrs on the Wednesday and by mid afternoon the following day I had taken delivery of my order!!!!
