Anonymous - Delivery service was fantastic. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. It was installed by a local plumber and he commended on how straight forward it was to have it done. He did however state that it could have helped to have a manual enclosed in the package to at least jolt the memory. Do not take the last clause of the previous sentence as a criticism because as a bona_fide plumber should have no trouble installing it. Beware if you are a DIY enthusiast though. On the whole the package is a bargain considering the price.

This product comes with a 10 Year Warranty as standard, although the mixer cartridges are covered by a separate 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.


For the mixer to operate, your water system will need to produce at least 1 Bar of pressure, though we recommend 1 bar upwards for best performance. This can be achieved if you have one of the following:

  • Combination boiler systems
  • Gravity fed systems (only with a pump)
  • Megaflow system
  • Pumped hot water systems
  • Un-vented hot water systems
  • Standard pressurised hot water cylinder type systems
