Daniel Carr - this bath and shower unit should be a must buy this was installed very fast, and with a shower connected to it i now have a choice whether to have a shower or bath and this is really useful

Jacqui Martin I was a little nervous about ordering such a major item on-line but I need not have worried! The shower-bath was exactaly as described and photographed and included a shower screen which was great value for money. The accurate specifications made measuring up easy. It arrived well packaged and protected within 3 working days of my order, the delivery man contacting me by phone to confirm time and check location details for the delivery. I cant comment on their handling of any issues because nothing adverse that occurred, It all went so smoothly! I wont hesitate to use Bath-empire again, or recommend them to a friend.

Judith Davies I am really impressed with the goods I have purchased on two separate occasions. The bath, shower screen and bath panel is just as advertised along with the shower valve. Delivery was fast and the products came well wrapped to avoid any damage. The bath is now installed and even the plumber was impressed with the cost of the product and the delivery time. Due to the quality of the products I have since ordered bath taps and pop up waste which again was delivered quickly and well wrapped to protect the products. I will definately recommend Bath Empire to my family and friends.

Chris Kane Great bath and service from the company, but your delivery is the worst possible for big items. The driver told me he couldn't bring the bath to my flat, on the first floor with my help, because he is not covered in the insurance. With such big items you should have a delivery company that can carry your product in. For example say I had been an 80 year old man who couldn't walk. What would you do then. I have a very bad spin and a muscle desiese but had to bring it up myself. I could have done some real damage to myself. Not pleased at all.

Michael Bicknell I was in need of new sink basin as the old one in the bathroom leaked from an old crack.. One morning after I had had enough of paddling around in wet socks a friend recommended that I try bath empire. So why not... I thought they would be as good as any other online store. After checking them out and comparing prices, I ended up spending 700 more than I bargained for. You may say why would you part with your hard earn money so readily. Well.. I bought a lot more items because they are so reasonable on price and their range of products is very impressive. The whole process was painless. Only problem I now have is to find a suitable plumber. Great to business with them.- Thank you.

Steve Craig Very impressed with the company, the quality of the goods, the delivery and the constant update from the team. As stated above I would use these suppliers again. The thickness of the acrylic "P" bath was far better than all the others we tried out at large retail DIY stores. Was hesitant about buying without seeing but needn't have worried. I have not fitted the bath and screen yet but have no doubt there will be no instillation issues as the build quality is superb. The basin and stand for under 30.00 was excellent value and the finish on the ceramic is of excellent quality. On my dealings with bath empire as a first time user I would recommend them.
