Jonny Cooper 900 Quadrant enclosure looks very nice, purchased in July/August 2010. The free included shower tray the slim one is rather flimsy and you bounce around on it like a trampoline. I ended up buying a resin stone one after installing, trying and then de-installing. Also the shower itself isn't very high. I'm 6ft 3 and I have too duck to get in under the top metal track. All the showers on here seem to be the same height Bottom to top track is 72 6ft with an opening of 3 less head banging scenario. I have looked for taller shower enclosures, but they all seem in the 500 bracket for a few extra inches...which may make all the difference for you. Shower good, tray too flexible unless you are in need of creating some elaborate base. 610 would buy the shower again and a different base.

Phil Bradley I purchased the 800 x 600 version as a replacement for the standard tubular type towel warmer as part of my own bathroom refurbishment. I am extremely pleased with the quality and finish of the product. The chrome plating is far superior to similar products I have fitted. The towel warmer and valves arrived within the stated time, both of which were packaged extremely well to ensure protection to the finishes. I have another bathroom and en-suite to refurbish and I will definitely be making further purchases from the Bath Empire when I commence these projects.

Bill Balchin I bought this to replace a much older mixer valve that would not shut off. Delivery was very fast even in the run-up to Christmas, quality looks very good and price was remarkably low. It is a treat to use this after the old one.The installation should be straight-forward depending on your existing connections. A pair of offset adapters changing from 34 tap end to 12 input pipe end allow for a range of spacings around the 6 region.Because my existing supply pipes come just through the wall at the narrowest possible spacing the new valve now sits about 30mm off the wall on the plain brass adapters. Not a problem but does not look very elegant. Furthermore, my old mixer valve had connections for an olive on the end of the supply pipe but the new adapters have flat ends suitable for a regular tap connector. I eventually got them to seal using fibre washers and boss white. If you were installing this as a complete new installation you could make a neater job.

D Brewster Arrived quickly and appears to be very good quality for the price. Downside was the quality of some of the screw fittings. Cheap and got fed up up rounding the screw heads after the slightest bit of torque. They were a cross between PZ 1 and a medium Philips and not made in the UK! Ended up having to go through my old screw box to find some better quality ones which delayed things by 10 minutes. Having sorted that out it was a pleasure to build and fitted in place really easily. Very impressed with the quality of the rollers for the sliding door. About 3 hours from start to finish to complete. Overall very impressed with the enclosure

Bob The price of this 900mm quadrant shower cubicle was the first thing that atracted me to the web site, it is an excelant price, the description and photos help me to buy it, the unit arrived within 24 hours, the driver had it at the door and placed it in the hall,excelant as it was heavy, the unit is very good quaity, all the main parts are metal and glass. Information I would add for the fitting of the unit is, this unit was to replace an old unit in a tiled bathroom, so it had to fit the holes in the tiles the old unit left, this was very easy as the rail that fits to the wall has a flat flang on the in side edge, giving 34mm of adjustmenton on a 20mm track, adding hole to match the hole in the tiles, job done. The unit is in and it looks fantastic, the fit and finish are very high and the doors work very well after adjustment, excelant sevice form start to finish. (ps, the review writer needs a spell checker, you will find lots)

Anonymous The shower rail and head isn\'t to my taste, but as I was buying this with the intention of using a different head and fixed wall bracket this wasn\'t a problem(both also purchased from bathempire). Will I use bathempire again...absolutely, would I recommend them to others.... again; absolutely and have done so already. If you were like me and not sure whether to buy these products as the price points seemed simply too good, don\'t be. To be honest I made my purchase with the intention of if its bad, for the price; what have I lost, nothing. Fear not, this mixer bar has an excellent weight and feel to it and is worth every penny, in fact the irony here is if I paid 130 for it, I\'d STILL be delighted. If it fails anytime in the next 5 years I\'d be very surprised. What an absolutely refershing change to find a company delivering an excellent product at a superb price point and delivering simply good honest service. Frist class! For those of you wondering; no I don\'t work for or affiliated in ANY way with the company, just delighted for once actually getting good service and value.

Jonathan Excellent, high quality product for the money, I spent a VERY long time looking at alternatives before purchasing this and can report that the quality is excellent having received and installed the bath. Just a couple of problems with the order, which were resolved. I paid for next day delivery, waited in until mid-day and called up to get an update, apparently there was a mix up and it would come the following day. To be fair these things happen and they were very apologetic and refunded me the delivery cost and the bath turned up promptly the following day. The delivery guy was excellent and suggested I inspect the bath fully before he left. The other issue was the bath was advertised with tap holes, and they are NOT pre-drilled. I called to confirm and was offered a refund but decided to drill them myself. As it turns out they are very easy to drill using a hole saw (I practiced on my old bath 1st) In summary I\'m very pleased with the product, it would be a waste to spend more on an alternative from another supplier. I had a couple of small issues but I found Bath Empire helpful and friendly in addressing these and I\'d certainly use them again (Worth 5 stars based on the product alone). Hope this is helpful.

Murphy We haven\'t fitted the bath yet but so far I think it looks great. It\'s quite thick which is one of the reasons we chose it and it doesn\'t look or feel flimsy. It looks fairly easy to install all the fittings. It\'s also very light and easy to move around even though it\'s big, two of us carried it up the stairs really easily. The courier service used might vary depending on the area but the one who delivered our bath were very good, with a very friendly and helpful driver who gave us plenty of time to check it over before we signed for it. Overall, very good looking bath and very good value for money.

SAB Outstanding in the true sense of the word, Bath Empire stand out. I don\'t want to say too much for fear that this might look like a \"fake\" review, I can assure you I am real. We spent ages looking at shower fittings in some very expensive places we had a healthy budget and after trawling through websites found this one. At first the photos looked too good to be true, at those prices? OK, a couple of hundred pounds for a shower head is not cheap but when we were looking at the same thing with a 5x mark-up retail price I was dubious to say the least. We watched the vids (very helpful) and I took a \"risk\" on a shower head, wall mixer unit and shower door. They arrived as expected, immaculately packed and of a quality I had seen in high-end bathroom shops. I still can’t believe how close we came to wasting all that money. Yesterday we bought a much nicer toilet than we had planned, just because of the money we saved here. I am only sorry that Bath Empire didn\'t have the style we were looking for or I would have bought here for sure. Everything an online business should be!! Too good to be true? It wasn\'t for us.

Anonymous I ordered this screen on the Monday and it arrived midday Wednesday. The first thing we noticed that it was no longer in a wooden pallet, but neatly packed in cardboard. The next thing we noticed was how heavy it was; defiantly need two people to install the screen unless your name is Arnold Schwarzenegger. However being heavy meant the product was of good quality, a first class item. The only drawback was the instructions, several pictures but no written instructions. The instructions show a right hand installation so for us doing a left hand fit meant reversing the instructions. Instructions point out that you need a 6.0mm and 3.2mm drill bits; the 6.0mm needs to be a masonry drill for tiles or wall. The 3.2mm needs to be HSS for drilling steel as there are 3 self tapping screws, use anything else and it will be too big or to small and the self tappers won’t work. When we got to the last drawing it showed the end cap being installed, heart stopping moment as we had two end caps to chose from, I thought that the bracket that was screwed to the wall would have to come back down to install end caps. Noticed just in time that you only need one end cap, the end cap that you use depends on left or right installation method. So when installation is complete you should have one end cap left over. Personally I discarded the wall plugs and screws that came with the screen, not bigger enough for a hand towel rail let alone shower screen. (Used my own supplies). One more thing, if you are screwing this to a stud wall you may need to reinforce wall, that’s what we did. Overall we are very pleased with this product and defiantly recommend it.

Leyla We had an old and small electric towel radiator removed in our bathroom and was in need of a large 'wet' towel radiator. After trawling the web and looking around local DIY stores we couldn't find the size, price and quality that we wanted and drew a blank. The shower-bath was exactaly as described and photographed and included a shower screen which was great value for money. The accurate specifications made measuring up easy. It arrived well packaged and protected within 3 working days of my order, the delivery man contacting me by phone to confirm time and check location details for the delivery. Judith Davies I am really impressed with the goods I have purchased on two separate occasions. The bath, shower screen and bath panel is just as advertised along with the shower valve. Delivery was fast and the products came well wrapped to avoid any damage. The bath is now installed and even the plumber was impressed with the cost of the product and the delivery time. Due to the quality of the products I have since ordered bath taps and pop up waste which again was delivered quickly and well wrapped to protect the products. I will definately recommend Bath Empire to my family and friends.

Chris Kane Great bath and service from the company, but your delivery is the worst possible for big items. The driver told me he couldn't bring the bath to my flat, on the first floor with my help, because he is not covered in the insurance. With such big items you should have a delivery company that can carry your product in. For example say I had been an 80 year old man who couldn't walk. What would you do then. I have a very bad spin and a muscle desiese but had to bring it up myself. I could have done some real damage to myself. Not pleased at all.

Mrs C Lambert We think our new bathroom suite is of really good quality at an affordable price. A really good selection of products to choose from and helpful hints of what else you might need to buy, such as a pop up waste to go with the basin we ordered. I ordered on Thursday evening and it was delivered on the following Monday by a very helpful delivery man. I would have liked to have had it delivered on Saturday but unfortunately they don't do deliveries at the weekend which meant having to take a day off work, also delivery was anytime between 8 until 6pm. Other than this we're very happy and can't wait to have it fitted.

Julian Maso Bought a shower quadrant enclosure and shower tray from Bath Empire - both products arrived on time and were great quality and good value - unfortunately the dimensions that were advertised on the website were inaccurate and due to size limitations were unsuitable for the space. Customer services have been helpful (so far) and have promised to come and collect the goods and issue a full refund. I would rate Bath Empire highly on the quality of their products and value for money and their customer services - however - the website is inaccurate so if space is an issue you should not rely on the dimensions as advertised (both of the products that we purchased were advertised with the wrong dimensions). My advice to Bath Empire would be to spend some time getting the information on their website corrected - online purchasers rely on the advertised information before making a purchase and in my case these inaccuracies have resulted in wasted time, effort and money (builders fees etc).

Dianne Kenny Website froze when I made payment. Phoned the next day expecting usual shambolic runaround and was stunned by the efficient, friendly & helpful response! Yes they had my order no problem. Goods delivered yesterday. Had ordered shower unit with left hand opening & although this is what it said on the wrapping the picture on the box showed right hand opening. Phoned to check I had correct unit and again they were helpful and efficient. I'm assured it is the correct unit. I haven't unpacked the unit yet but the price and the service has been excellent. Will return for future purchases.

Janince Ashton Was pleased with the help given when ordering and advised 8.95 would give next day delivery. I arranged someone to come to put up the bathroom cupboards, but they did not arrive. Problem was TNT had not been advised of my house number, although I gave this when I ordered. My call back to you after being advised this at TNT ws demeaning and I was accused of not giving my house number!!! After a stressful conversation, the operator changed her mind from giving me a 50% refund of the 8.95 to a full (and quite correctly) full refund. This left a very bad taste in my mouth - although the cabinets are fantastic. Had to arrange for them to be put up on the next day at extra cost to me.

Clare I ordered a slim line vertical radiator.I spoke with a most helpful and pleasant woman in the Customer Service Dept. She explained the delivery was a little delayed due to the terrible weather and the warehouse being hit by a mini tornado! I received an email advising me that the radiator was enroute. Upon unpacking the radiator I noticed a small 'dent' on one of the radiator pipes - not caused in transit as the packaging was in tact as was the finish of radiator's paintwork. It appears as though it is a manufacturing 'flaw' - had time and builders not been on my side I would have returned the radiator.

Carolyn Wareing We bought a vertical radiator from this site after searching for weeks. It was over 100 cheaper than most sites, very clear and accurate measurements and delivered the next day!! The website crashed which was the only problem so I called the company and they ordered it for me on the phone with no problems at all. Very impressed with the radiator!! Kenneth Downham When our bathroom towel heater/radiator sprang a leak we were just entering a cold period of weather, and being no longer young we were keen to get a new one installed. No plumbers available for some time. So I searched the internet and came up with Bath Empire. They were not only very competitively priced, but delivered in three days and the radiator was all they claimed. What is more the size matched our old one. One out, one in ( myself) and we now have a heated bathroom. Bath Empire also gave a full description on their web of how the radiator is made in terms of quality and materials. Well done BE!

Anita Pinto .....I tried to add a minimal order via telephone to my (170) order of the day before (placed at 5.29pm) to avoid extra P&P but that was refused. Even though I ordered and paid for items worth ca. 400 in total over a few weeks, I was told I had to pay p&p of some 3+ for some additional chrome plated pipe covers (RA03) costing 6.99 as they could not add it to the order! I was told I had to pay the p&p as the covers had to be sent as a sep order. They would not accommodate dropping the p&p. I told Bathempire over the phone that I was not impressed and went on to order the rest of my bathroom costing over 500 from another company because of that.

David Ashworth We needed a new shower mixer for our narrowboat, but as we didn't fit it ourselves we didn't know which one to get to replace it. We looked on the BathEmpire website, found a very similar one very easily at a reasonable price, so ordered it. The part arrived within 3 days, (you are able to track the orders). It was very well packaged, so not damaged in transit. Fitted it at the weekend, and we can now have a hot shower at the end of an arduous day cruising along the canal! I will certainly look on the BathEmpire website for all future bathroom requirements both afloat and on dry land.

Kenneth Fraser The thermostatic shower control arrived extremely fast (recorded) and was very well packaged. There was a part broken when it arrived. I phoned and a spare part was dispatched/replaced very fast, recorded delivery no less, at no expense to myself. The service I was most impressed with. The shower instructions and diagram should be a lot more detailed, as it clearly does not state how to remove the two screws holding the dials on, but this is a manifactures problem. The shower must be fitted at the correct depth for tiles or wet wall, as there is not much flexablity in this if it is wrong. The overall service from BathEmpire was excellant. I would recommend them and the product.

Den Goscombe I bought an LED shower from BathEmpire in January 11 through EBay, and have been delighted with it. Over the last couple of months the lights that are powered by water pressure, and temperature have been dimming and virtually stopped working. I had not noticed that there was a 10 year guarantee, assuming it to be 12 months only, but emailed the company for advice. Their responses by email were fast and helful, and after a request for a photograph only of the shower in action and a copy of the Paypal receipt the part was replaced without cost or hassle and within 7 days from the original enquiry. I also was not required to return the faulty part so no postage costs to me. I couldn't ask for any more - brilliant!

I was concerned about the standard of quality as this was a online purchase, once the Item had been delivered I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The standard of chrome plating is extremely high quality and the brass structure of the valve of an equally high quality. I have already recommended BathEmpire to friends and family !!! Peter Middleton The service, value for money and the quality of the bathroom package were excellent. It arrived on the pre-arranged date and was very well packed. The issue was that the shower tray I ordered is handed. Emailed the company, as was unsure whether I needed the left or right opening. Was informed to check the detailed drawing on their web site. Checked and ordered the one against the drawing. When the items arrived it was the wrong handed shower tray. Phoned customer services and the lady agreed that the drawing on their web site was wrong. She informed me that a replacement would be sent in a couple of days. As a gesture of goodwill they would upgrade the tray, as it was their fault. The tray arrived 2 days later, but it had not been upgraded. (Disappointed as service was excellent up to that point) I would order from them again and recommend them to friends. But go though the dimensions thoroughly and phone/email to double check.

Artie B A handsome-looking piece - as it's not yet installed cannot comment as to its performance as a kitchen tap i.e. whether or not it actually delivers water as described on the lever ends (no reason to think it won't) - but if it doesn't, it looks good while not doing it; if you see wot I mean, like; in which case, it could easily double as a murder weapon in Cluedo - it was Professor Plum in the Conservatory with the BathEmpire Chrome Kitchen Tap - a substantial piece as well as handsome. Loved the little sleeping-bag that it was delivered in - looked too cosy to disturb - bit I did - I'm like that!

A Dodds Part of my order did not fit properly, and had to be returned. Whilst this caused delays, both collection of returns and delivery of replacement were very prompt thanks to BathEmpire team. I had to provide photo evidence via e-mail which may not be possible for some folks, but "the team" do work to a helpful system which covers "shift" absences. (Customer Frustration Reduced). Also some problems fitting a kitchen tap which put up the plumbers bill. Noreen O'Leary Our wonderful double ended slipper bath hasn't been installed yet but it's still good to lie in - really comfy and I'm so looking forward to relaxing with a glass of wine and a few candles. You might never get me out of the bathroom :-). I ordered the bath in the sale so it's a little earlier than actually needed but it arrived absolutely when they said it would and in perfect condition. Anonymous The quality and appearance of this shower tray is very good. The shower tray has been installed without the legs and the skirt and is set on a mortar mix and the outer rim is set level in all directions. Unfortunately some areas of the inner tray well away from the outlet are exactly level or even have a slightly negative slope away from the drain. Consequently there are a few areas of the tray which do not drain well and even leave a small pool of water. If this had been realised during installation then a slightly raised outer front edge would have helped. Its too late now !

Nigel Shindler As our existing (plumbed in) bathroom radiator was always covered with towels and hardly heating the room as a result, I decided to order a chrome ladder type for the towels from BathEmpire together with a 300w thermostatic electric element. It arrived promptly, a nicely finished article, well packed with all the necessary parts and clear instructions - even with a blanking plug for the unused valve socket in the base - and I was able to install it and have it running in no time. The room is now noticeably warmer, and all I've got to do now is to persuade everyone to put their towels back in the right place after a shower! Full marks to BathEmpire for a clear website, excellent quality products and service.

Anthony Morgan I purchased an electric towel rail from BathEmpire to go in my airing cupboard for summer use. I ordered it before 2pm and paid a little extra for next day delivery. UPS turned up at 9am the next morning, couldnt fault the service.The installation went OK, but one of the screws supplied sheared off when fixing the brackets into the battening (even after drilling pilot holes). Luckily I had a similar size screw to hand, so it wasnt too much of a problem. Installing the heater element was easy enough, but connecting the thermostatic controller (for a push on connector) was a pain. The heating element is 100W, Im not sure this is enough; but time will tell, when I really get to use it in the summer. Once installed the towel rail looks great, shame its hidden away from view.

D. Wilson Easy and Quick, products were good and the service professional. Placed an order for a large towel rail and collected it from the warehouse the next day. However, having placed it in position it was apparent that it did not suit the bathroom design as it fixing points would have been exactly on the join between the tiles an painted section. Found an alternative unit and discussed the situation with the BathEmpire staff. Very simple to rectify the problem and a new radiator was available for collection within 4 hours when I returned the original one. Good products, service and simple to exchange when, through our own fault, we needed something different.

Olwyn Plant Superb customer service and outstanding value for money. We searched the Internet for high quality high output radiators that looked good. We had 2 installed one in the lounge and one in the dining room. They are superb, high heat great style, fit close to the wall too. British gas installed them and they were so impressed they wanted to know who the supplier was. Now for the cost, they were about half the price of other rads and much higher output. The delivery was very fast and even altered to suit our needs. The Customer service was second to none, exceedingly polite telephonist and super fast after sales service. I can't recommend this company highly enough they are a rare class of their own. Thank you so much for restoring our faith in sales.

Ian Thornley I bought the item based on the description and reviews from the site, I was not dissapointed. I was left with a dilema after buying a similar chrome radiator from a tv advertising, next day delivery, catalogue shop !!. It sat there for some months until it was needed and to my horror, once unpacked I noticed the chrome was marked and showed signs of deterioration. Having spent a fortune on the 'Rolls Royce' bathroom re-fit, the last thing I wanted was a 'Morriis Minor' radiator on display. Hence the purchase of a quality item with an extensive warranty, I can't wait to get the item plumbed & working.

Jackie Excellent product, good price, prompt delivery! Dubious buying from the internet, normally prefer to buy from a shop and have some come back if any problems, but website looked safe enough. Ordered 2 vertical radiators, high BTU which was very important but nice contemporary style to suit our new kitchen/diner and good price. I paid bit extra for next day delivery and radiators turned up nice and early in the morning. No problems getting the radiators installed and they are now up and running, looking really great and feeling really warm. Perfect!! 10 out of 10 for product, price, and delivery. When our bathroom towel heater/radiator sprang a leak we were just entering a cold period of weather, and being no longer young we were keen to get a new one installed. No plumbers available for some time. So I searched the internet and came up with Bath Empire. They were not only very competitively priced, but delivered in three days and the radiator was all they claimed. What is more the size matched our old one. Kate Cooper Fantastic service in a world of shoddy experiences! We recently ordered a double column radiator and it arrived very promptly within three days. Upon having the radiator fitted our plumber found a 'manufacture' fault on the top non venting valve. This caused a continuous drip as it was impossible to achieve a complete seal. We contacted Bath Empire on a Saturday lunchtime, were helped by Gin, who advised us to take a couple of pictures and email them to the After Sales team, we did. On the Monday we received an email from Emma saying a replacement radiator would be despatched and to dispose of the original. The replacement arrived at 8.30 am on the Thursday. No hassle, no arguments just good old fasioned service. Fantastic, would use again and recommend.

Lloyd Squibb What you get is a great looking towel rail finished to a high standard and at a very good price. Good fast delivery. I definitely recommend this rail, however my only advise would be when installing the screws, they fit quite tight into the raw plugs and in doing so generate an enormous amount of heat which could lead to the screws shearing. I learnt from other radiators I have purchased from bath empire after I had several screws shear and ended up forking out on anchor bolts. When I installed this rail I rubbed some fairy liquid on to the threads to act as a lubricant, I guess any oil based lubricant would work as well and the screws went straight in without going tight or even feeling like they may shear.

Andrew Wright The product, price and customer support from BathEmpire itself is good - shame about the third party delivery company. Great product and price. The only issue came when communicating (lack of) with the third party delivery company. It was in the warehouse for 3 days before any got in touch regarding delivery. Then on the day of delivery we had to contact them - 4 hours after original planned time for delivery - at which point they admitted they had forgot and sent a driver out immediately. I had to take extra time off work. I will be using BathEmpire again as long as they can guarantee I receive a product on time.

Cassandra Gale Great service. Fast delivery. Would use again. I found the website easy to navigate and the delivery went smoothly and was within a few days. My only critiscism is that I didn't receive an Invoice by email like other companies we use do and I had problems logging in to the account I had to set up when ordering. I had to send an email as the phone just rang and rang, however they did send me one vey quickly. The invoice however was only on 50% of the page and not what I would prefer. We run a small but very busy installation business and it's so important to have all the paperwork for our accounts. I would use them again.

I have ordered bathrooms before from major DIY chains and it has taken weeks before everything ordered is received. The only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is that I did not received notification the goods had been dispatched, I only found this out by logging into my account on the website. The delivery company were excellent and contacted me beforehand to arrange the best day for delivery and agreed to a PM delivery slot, they even called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Unfortunately we did not receive a phone call from the people delivering the goods by the Wednesday as we had been told. We therefore phoned the company were given another phone number to call which we did. They advised that if we had not heard by the same time on the Thursday to give them another call. As we had to received a call we phoned again and were told that the goods would be delivered after 2.00 p.m. on the Friday. They arrived as promised but at 8,20 a.m. but we did receive a call to check that this time would be convenient. Overall a good service and an extremely competetive price.

Christine Wheeler Having found what appeared to be good products at an even better price online I hoped that I would not be dissappointed. I was unable to check the suite when it arrived and it was not installed for a number of weeks. There were one or two minor problems, but even after the stipulated period of time to query defects the aftersales team did everything they could to rectify these small issues. The delivery could not be faulted and everything arrived the next day by courier. The plumber that installed the bathroom suite was amazed at the quality for the price. I would not hesitate to recomend this supplier to anyone.

Julie Robinson Prompt delivery and prompt replacement of damaged item. From start to finish buying from Bathroom Empire has been a good experience. First found them at the Ideal Home Exhibition the people there were very helpful and suggested we look on the website for more info and that we could claim the extra 5% discount up to 4 months after visiting the show. Placed the order, received email confirmation. A few days later was contacted by delivery agent to arrange suitable delivery date and time. Was contacted by driver about 30 mins before he arrived and goods delivered on a pallet very well packed. Unfortunately when the plumber came to fit the suite the toilet pan had a crack. But no problem contacted the aftersales office by email sending pictures showing the damage. They responded within a couple of hours and arranged for delivery of a replacement. This arrived the next day and has now been installed. I will be using Bathroom Empire again for our en suite and would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Mrs. Bernadette Kane Absolutly Ducky! I received the two items ordered within 3-4 working days as informed by assistant on the telephone. I have only just installed the shower and screen due to other work going on. Superb quality on both items. I had such a surprise when I opened the shower box and found the sweetest little rubber ducky enclosed, I thought that was a tremendous little extra touch. My grand daughter soon took charge of that. We did have one tiny little problem, there was a screw missing from the shower. It was one of the main thread screws. I had to go and buy a replacement not to delay the plumber installing the rest of the shower. Apart from that the service was excellent.

Anon I read some negative remarks and it almost put me off placing an order through BathEmpire but I am glad I did and was pleased with the high quality standard of product delivered. I opted for normal delivery rather than express deliver yet my consignment arrived two days after placing the order. I also needed to contact them by phone as I could not print a copy of my order via their web site and they had not sent through a confirmation that the order had gone through so I was not sure whether or not the order had gone through. They confirmed that they received the order and instantly emailed me a copy of my invoice and later sent me an email to enable me to track my delivery.

Mrs G This shower enclosure is lovely, feels strong and doesn't wobble after using the arm fixing. Only wall track is included but a bit of silicon on the floor and it doesn't leak. Just a couple of gripes but not with the product. 1) I was told by the man who called to arrange delivery that I would receive a call one hour prior to the delivery arriving but this turned out to be 10 minutes and I was 40 minutes away (something I had told the representative). 2) At no point was I told that the delivery driver could not bring the item into the house. The shower screen weighs 50 kilos, I am able to help but not carry it in from the street by myself! Make sure that you have a couple of strong people to help!! The product I would rate 5 stars but have given 4 stars for the reasons above.

Lynn Davison Because the confirmation page failed to load after I'd placed my order for a towel radiator, I placed the order again and found, to my horror, that the order had been placed twice as I received two confirmation emails with different order numbers and consequently had been charged twice. A quick email to explain the situation got a very prompt response from the sales team and Caroline arranged for one of the orders to be cancelled and the money was quickly put back into my bank account. Steve Craig Very impressed with the company, the quality of the goods, the delivery and the constant update from the team. As stated above I would use these suppliers again. The thickness of the acrylic "P" bath was far better than all the others we tried out at large retail DIY stores. Was hesitant about buying without seeing but needn't have worried. I have not fitted the bath and screen yet but have no doubt there will be no instillation issues as the build quality is superb. The basin and stand for under 30.00 was excellent value and the finish on the ceramic is of excellent quality. On my dealings with bath empire as a first time user I would recommend them.

Captain Scarlet Great tap at a great price. Works well. A few points of note: Firstly the rotation of the neck is a little stiff. It was fitted by my plumber in absence so I don't know whether there was any way of changing this. The other issue is that the pull-out faucet does not retract easily. this is because the supplied weight is too light and the central hole is a bit narrow such that weight does not drop easily. I had to attach another weight to get it working properly - makes you think; do they ever test these things under real-life conditions? Great tap at a great price but because of the above issues I am only giving it 3 stars

Terry Newcombe Bath Empire are brilliant. The quality (I dont really like using that word) is first class and everything we ordered came quickly and well packaged. Helpful on the telephone when we first ordered and they replaced our 8" square shower head when the LEDs didnt want to work. The website lovely and easy to use. We only had one little blip and that was when one of the wheel/runners came off the bottom of the shower door. They were quick to replace but it came in a little padded bag with no instructions, no comp slip and it was completely different to the one that broke. I am sure it will fit but it does mean we have to take the complete shower door off to do it. I just hope it all goes back okay! But in saying all this, it hasnt stopped us ordering another shower from them for our bathroom this time. And, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Alsion Darvill Overall a great experience with Bath Empire one item ordered was unfortunately out of stock and discontinued so an alternative offered which was acceptable to us within 24 hours of our ordered being placed, I had also forgotten to order a couple of items, so I called and they happily added these to my order. The only issue was with delivery, I believe Bath Empire use a third party distribution and unfortunately delivery was booked for Monday 21st January, but by 5.30pm no delivery had arrived, I contacted the delivery agents and was advised my delivery would be made the following day, this duly arrived but again instructions to contact me 1 hour prior to delivery were not followed and therefore the driver had to wait for me to arrive home, I then received a call 2 hours later to advise my delivery would have to be re-booked as I was not at home to accept it, this was strange as by then I had been in possesion of my new bathroom for 2 hours ! All in all Bath Empire a great company and very competitive from a price point of view for good quality items.

The representatives went out of their way to ensure I understood their business, the prices were not promotional gimmicks and true to their word, prices remained in place. When I ordered the items they were delivered within the time frame offered. My plumber (who has been in the business for nearly 20 years) told me he knew BathEmpire and I had chosen well. We were very pleasantly surprised , that ordering was easy . Delivery was excellent on time , and correct. The large sink had a small crack in the back , but they replaced it within 3 days . After one quick phone call, but most impressively was the quality of the goods .The builder that did the bathroom asked for their details , as he was very impressed with the quality of all parts . Tanya Liked this toilet shape on the website, when it was fitted it was even better than I could have imagined. A very large toilet which I was not expecting but simply love it, with the curved shape it looks stunning in the Bathroom. My husbands said it was the easiest toilet he had ever fitted, so he was well pleased. The soft close seat comes down nice and slowly, my only fault I have is the seat, if you fix it tight the seat is not inline a veers to the left and inch or so, if you leave it a bit looser it stays straight when looking at the toilet but moves when sitting on the seat.

I emailed the after care at Bath Empire showing picture's and they responded immediately and have sent me out another new seat delivery tomorrow. I cannot recommend this company enough there service is Faultless and would not hesitate to buy from them again. The Palena Toilet looks amazing by far the best toilet I have ever had and we have 3 toilets in the house. I cannot believe I am raving about a Toilet but it looks so sleek, and a lovely size bigger than our other Toilet's which is great. The soft close seat is very smooth and it just slides out if you need to clean which is a big bonus. I would definitely recommend this toilet as well as Bath Empire

Teresa Willis I was very pleased with my shower door, large column radiator and tradional towel rail. All good quality products which my plumber was able to fit without any hassle. Delivery was OK but didn't come day arranged came the next day this was probably due to courier. My only grumble was that when one product was out of stock I was not informed and only found out by going on website again and seeing product out of stock and then ringing company. They were very helpful and efficient at this point but i would have liked to have been told sooner as this could have caused problems if my plumber was booked to come earlier.

Peter I ordered a bath from the BathEmpire by telephone as I needed a bit of technical advice. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and the ordering was quick and easy. I was told that I would be contacted about delivery in a few days and this happened exactly as stated. The delivery itself was prompt and therin lies my only reservation about the service. A minor point, however, the delivery did not cover any help getting the goods into the house and I must admit that it was a struggle to get everything into the house by myself. I must say that the BathEmpire's part was a 5 star rating, however, the roadside delivery does let the service down a little.

David Carter I recently purchased the 1200x600mm Natasha Premium Chrome Thermostatic Electric Towel Radiator. Ordering online was a very simple and easy process. Delivery was swift and packaging and contents were in perfect condition. Preparation for wall mounting was easy with the instructions provided, and is well within the scope of the average home upgrader. I feel that the instructions would be helpful if it gave a hint of the quantity of water required when filling. However I managed to work out the required amount easily enough. I would of liked the thermostatic element to have had a light to indicate the heater is powered up. These are minor wants or needs and do not detract anything from this excellent towel radiator. Very pleased overall.

Amanda Wilson I had never heard of Bathempire before placed my order last week and now I tell everyone about them, The quality of their products are fantastic and their prices are more than reasonable, the same bathroom suite was at least double the price in a well known diy store, I had to call Bathempire as I forgot to add on the next day delivery to my online order after speaking to a lovely lady, Bex, it was done, I needed to call back again today as my plumber found a wee issue with the bath mixer taps, to be honest I was a little nervous about calling as thought this was going to be a nightmare to get it changed, Well how wrong was I ? The lady Alison was more than helpful and has arranged a replacement to be with me tomorrow. What more could I ask for!!! Am delighted with this company!!

Jane S The service is OUTSTANDING. I order 3 x bathrooms and showers on the Friday late afternoon and Monday morning they had bee delivered - FREE!!! Although the prices are rock bottom the products are very much top of the range. We had looked at John Lewis and shuddered at what we might have to pay but when I stumbled upon Bathempire I could not believe what I saw. The whole of one bathroom with a large Premium Quadrant shower, and premium sanitary ware/ taps etc. was less than a WC and Basin at John Lewis. The 5* feedback is all correct and my builder is now investigating using this company as he was stunned at the fast delivery even before he discovered for himself the price&quality. One tiny gripe. A young lady operative insisted that the glass side shower panels were fixed and not ' movable' but after the builder called himself to speak with another operative, it appeared that most of them in fact did move - how else to clean the bath I wonder?. She could have lost the company a large order had our man not thought to question her firm, but incorrect. information. Jane S.

Devon girl I was very pleased that my bathroom suite arrived on the date agreed, although had been told that I would be called on my mobile 1 hour before delivery. This didn't happen, but I was only a few minutes away, so it wasn't a problem. What I didn't realise was that this was a "doorstep delivery" - the delivery man said he was only contracted to deliver the palette to my doorstep and wasn't able to actually unload my delivery. However, he very kindly helped me to unload the delivery as I think he felt sorry for me being a petite woman with no-one else to help. Kevin was brilliant and a credit to his delivery company!!! All in all, the service, quality and speed of delivery was fantastic. Thanks very much!!

Linda We ordered most of the things we need for our new bathroom fit in October, and it's just being installed. After checking what he was going to be working with, our builder has been extremely impressed with the quality. He had just been fitting three bathrooms in a large house, before ours, and he was saying that the owners had paid a small fortune for their fittings (some exactly the same as ours). We lucked out on that front. In addition, every member of staff I've spoken to has been so helpful and positive - and just plain nice. A long time since I've had that sort of shopping experience. Would highly recommend. We are just about to place an order for the finishing touches...

Christopher Wharton I have been very disappointed with the last shower mixer tap from B&Q which I fitted less than 3 years ago. Over the last year the maximum water pressure and temperature has gradual reduced to a trickle of cold water. Now that I have fit this new "Thermostatic Shower Valve-Round Bar Mixer-Premium Range" I can see how much better both pressure and temperature has been improved. I am not sure how the premium range is better than the standard range but I am glad to have bought this one. The 10 year guarantee is also a plus. I bought it over the phone fro the firm direct and received the information I needed in a friendly, unhurried way. Deliver was exactly as quoted. I would definitely check this company first out if I need other products

salma nain Outstanding service by BathEmpire order one day and the next day 8:30am, my order was on the door. It was on the big pallet but unfortunately, the driver wanted to bring the big pallet inside but it did not fit then he told me to open the back door and again it did not work, I was bit disappointed because he told me that he is not allowed to bring pack by pack inside. I helped him to bring the boxes inside and he did not wait for any minute for me to check the product for transit damage. Not happy with the delivery man but no doubt in your service. Thanks bath empire. I am your existing customer and I strongly recommend you to my family and friends.

D Harvey (Cannock) I can honestly say that the website design was very simple and effective, all technical details were there and where I needed extra information it was only a quick phone call away. The prices offer excellent value for money and the quality of the product can't be faulted...although I still have to install! My only recommendation, and its true of all delivered goods, is to open the packages up immediately and check for damage or missing items. We had two items delivered that were damaged prior to receipt, as they were ceramic and glass products the packaging protection was not ideal and damage during handling and delivery could easily occur, this was confirmed on the second delivery, which had similar damage to the ceramic basin unit as the first delivery. However, the replacement process was very efficient, so overall I cannot criticize the service.

Michael Godolip I was a little apprehensive on ordering this item off the net without looking at it first. Read the reviews on the product and bath empire as a whole, and ordered it! first class product, that even my bathroom fitter commented on the quality of the product. Delivery was spot on by asking for a specific day that I was in, and the pallet it arrived on was placed right near my front door which was perfect! No damage no issues! for certain when I re-vamp my main bathroom later this year I will be using bath store. Good quality products at very reasonable prices, with good delivery.
